4. Product Integrity and Storage

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to store all peptides appropriately upon receipt, including maintaining recommended temperature and environmental conditions to preserve peptide stability.

5. Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we maintain a strict no-returns policy for any peptide product once the tamper-evident cap or seal has been broken. Peptides are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened to ensure product integrity and laboratory safety.

If you believe you have received a product in error or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a case review. Any product returned for review must remain sealed in its original condition. No exceptions will be made for opened or partially used peptides.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

7. Limitation of Liability
